How long does delivery take?
Orders usually leave our warehouse within one business day. Standard delivery within India takes 5–7 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays aren't counted as working days.
Is shipping free?
Yes — standard shipping within India is free on all prepaid orders.

Can I exchange my kurti for a different size?
Yes. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with original tags can be exchanged for a different size or style within 3 days of delivery. Write to [email protected] to start an exchange.
When do I get a refund?
Returns are accepted only when we can't offer an exchange. Eligible refunds go back to your original payment method within 15 business days after the parcel passes quality inspection.
My parcel arrived damaged or the wrong item came. What do I do?
Email [email protected] with clear photos and an unboxing video and we'll make it right.
Can I change my size, address or phone number after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Email [email protected] with your order number and the revised details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Each product page lists the available sizes. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.
