Exchanges

Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items with original tags can be exchanged for a different size or style within 3 days of delivery. Replacement orders are delivered within 10 business days. Each item can be exchanged or returned only once.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted only if we are unable to offer an exchange, and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 15 business days, after the parcel passes quality inspection.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If a shipment arrives torn, open or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us. For incomplete, wrong or damaged products we'll need a clear unboxing video; for defects, clear photos or a parcel-opening video.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time they are placed.

Changes to size, address or phone number

Email [email protected] with the subject "Order Number + Revised information". Changes are possible only if the order hasn't shipped.
